AUTORIZACION PARA RIFA

Luis Arturo Polinaris Vargas, cédula 1-413-994, en calidad de Gerente General de la Junta De Protección Social De San José, 3-007-045217-06, autoriza a la FUNDACION COSTARRICENSE NATURISTA (FUCONA, para que efectúe una rifa al público en general cada mes, para recaudar fondos para lograr los objetivos de la fundación, cual es aportar ayuda a la tendencia naturista, a la curación con base en la medicina preventiva, producir un plan integrado a nivel educativo en la Comunidad Nacional sobre las diferentes formas de terapia de la regulación de la medicina Integral, promover métodos de prevención y restablecimiento de la salud física para mejorar la calidad de vida de los habitantes. Lo anterior con fundamento en el oficio AL-1242, con fecha 05 del mes en curso, de la Asesoría Legal de la Institución.

Deberá consignarse en la papelería que se emita para realizar el evento el número de la presente autorización AG-2141-2005.----

AUTHORIZATION FOR RAFFLE

Luis Arturo Polinaris Vargas, I.D. Certificate 1-413-994, in quality of General Manager of the Junta De Protección Social De San José (National Lottery Authority), I.D. certificate 3-007-045217-06, authorizes the COSTA RICAN FOUNDATION NATURALISTIC (FUCONA), so that it carries out a raffle to the public in general every month, to collect FUNDS to obtain the objectives of the foundation, as it is to contribute aid to the naturalistic tendency, to the treatment with base in the preventive medicine, to produce a plan integrated at educative level in the National Community on the different forms from therapy of the regulation of the Integral medicine, to promote methods of prevention and reestablishment of the physical health to improve the quality of life of the inhabitants. The previous agreement with foundation is recorded in the Al-1242 office legal document, date 05 of the month in course, approved by the Legal Consultant's office of the Institution. It will have to be edited in the stationery paperwork that is emitted to make the event the number of the present Ag-2141-2005 authorization.
